The Discovery Phase
Our first phase is all about you and your business. A successful project must focus on the business needs of the client and how they relate to their customers. No-one knows your business better than you do. So what we do is work closely with you to understand your needs and objectives.

The Detail Phase
Information gathered from the Discovery Phase gets transformed into an organized and coherent form. It is only through analyzing the detail of the data that we know how to best present it in a streamlined and consistent manner.

Our method makes sure that at the beginning of the project everyone understands what is to be achieved, what the designs focus should be, what will be in scope and what will not be. We want to fully understand exactly what is wanted in order to execute your project correctly.

Detailed deliverables means design accountability. When the detail of what needs to be created is complete, this is translated into a list of deliverables. We list what we deliver to you so you can see what you are getting upfront with no ambiguity. It also means that we are accountable to produce these things for you. This phase of our method also benefits us, as the vision is clear, what we need to do, and the process is streamlined to produce the end results more quickly.

The Design Phase
The goal of effective design is to communicate clearly and concisely. Hawk design leads your audience/web visitor through a process instinctively.

All our designs start with a creative, innovative and custom solution. This path is not always as straight forward as it seems. A succession of steps is performed that introduces a concept to the client, concepts are refined and focused so that the end results is on target to achieve the desired results.

Although we are creating something new, we do not throw away the lessons from the past. Our methods for the design phase draw on analyzing the competitive nature of your industry, the expectations of the profiled audience, and the needs we will fulfill.

Development Phase (Web Projects Only)
The development phase is where good engineering meets good design. For larger projects, the chosen design is turned into a prototype where all usability, layout, and website structure has a final walk-through before deployment.

The website actually starts to show its form when all of the content starts to come together. Graphical, Programming and Navigational elements are combined to form the integrity of the new web site. All components are reviewed to ensure that they conform to strict platform, system, and browser standards.

Deployment/Display Phase
This is the ready-to-go phase. All content from the previous phases is carefully checked. The final version of your website or marketing piece is placed in a private folder, or e-mailed to you for final revisions. After final revisions have been made you sign off on the project and the web site is made live to the Internet. Or, in the case of marketing projects, the final assets are delivered.
